Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send your items back with tracking number provided.

This does not mean you can contact us about a return, and not send it back within 14 days of receiving it. Your request will be denied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for the fee of return shipping. We cannot change the address if you correct it after the shipment has already been sent to freight. Lacceti will not be held liable for incorrect submission of addresses that result in failed deliveries, destroyed packages, or packages that are returned to the sender.


If your return is accepted, we’ll give you a return address, as well as instructions on who to address the package to.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items.

We do not provide return labels, the customer is responsible for shipping out their own returns.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs placed. Regardless of what the shipping status says. They must returned after the item is received.

If your order was placed within the last 24hours, please contact us through the contact form above to proceed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept returns on items that have had replacements sent out for free if the item was claimed missing or lost in shipment without proof.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel if it has not shipped or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our Contact Form .

Partial Refunds
In rare cases some customers may be offered a partial refund on their order. Customers are not by any means whatsoever, entitled to a partial refund. Customers with order values over $300.00 USD are ineligible for partial refunds, and must return the items in full to us for a full refund.
